Matching your Actual Health Status with Your Program Path

Here, on the disease threshold page you get to match your actual health status with your program path. You can now determine your program path, as well as your first program by following the four steps below:

  1. Determine your current Health Conditions in the left-hand column.
  2. Look directly opposite to the right to find Your Program Path.
  3. Locate your first program, which is at the top of the list. 
  4. Click on the name of the program to go directly to the program page.
