Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture

Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture is now open for preregistration purposes. If you are currently suffering from a forward head position and/or a downward neck tilt due to poor posture, you may want to consider signing up for this program, sooner than later.

Program Description

The postural program consists of the following three appointments:

  1. Postural Deviations and Assessments: Checking for Bad Posture
  2. Forward Head Position: Too Much Screen Time: Adjust and Correct
  3. Downward Neck Tilt: Oh that Smartphone: Adjust and Correct

Program Benefits

Here are some of the benefits of Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture:

  • At the start, postural deviations in the head and neck are discussed
  • A postural assessment is completed to detect any such deviations
  • Then, postural corrections are introduced to fix a forward head position
  • Next, postural corrections are added to fix a downward neck tilt
  • Self-myofascial release techniques are used to reduce blocks and tension
  • Stretches, Yoga poses, and strengthening exercises are then added
  • A binder with deviations, assessments, and corrections is included

Is Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture for me?

If you spend a lot of time hunched over a computer keyboard at home or at the office, reading information on a tablet, and/or texting on a smartphone, you may be suffering from postural deviations in the head and neck, as well as the shoulders and back. And, if you are currently in pain in one or more of these areas, then this program is right for you!

Program Cost

The cost of the program is currently set at $260 plus 13% HST = $293.80. You can pay in one lump sum payment at the beginning of the first appointment either by cheque or by Interac e-Transfer.

  1. If paying by cheque, make your cheque payable to Orthocellular Nutrition and Exercise Inc.
  2. If paying via electronic funds transfer, please ensure you have an account with TD Canada Trust and are familiar with EasyWeb, or an equivalent. 

Note: This price is in effect as of January 1st, 2024 and is subject to change without prior notification. Equipment and props, if needed, are not included.

What if I also have pain in my shoulders and mid back?

Specific Order: The four programs in the Postural Series deal with the head and neck, shoulders and middle back, hip flexors and gluteals, and lower back and pelvis in that specific order. So, after you have corrected the postural deviations in your head and neck with the help of the Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture program, you will be able to advance to the next program in the series, which is Correcting Poor Shoulder and Mid Back Posture.
