If you spend a lot of time hunched over a computer keyboard at home or at the office, reading information on a tablet, and/or texting on a smartphone, you may be suffering from postural deviations in the head and neck, as well as the shoulders and back. And, if you are currently in pain in one or more of these areas, then this program is right for you!
The cost of the program is currently set at $260 plus 13% HST = $293.80. You can pay in one lump sum payment at the beginning of the first appointment either by cheque or by Interac e-Transfer.

Specific Order: The four programs in the Postural Series deal with the head and neck, shoulders and middle back, hip flexors and gluteals, and lower back and pelvis in that specific order. So, after you have corrected the postural deviations in your head and neck with the help of the Correcting Bad Head and Neck Posture program, you will be able to advance to the next program in the series, which is Correcting Poor Shoulder and Mid Back Posture.
