If you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer at home or at the office, sitting while commuting to and from work, and sitting in front of a TV set during the evening, you may be suffering from tight, hip flexor muscles, inactive glute muscles, and one or more postural deviations in the hip girdle. And, if you are currently in pain in one or more of these areas, then this program is right for you!
The cost of the program is currently set at $260 plus 13% HST = $293.80. You can pay in one lump sum payment at the beginning of the first appointment either by cheque or by electronic funds transfer.

Specific Order: The four programs in the Postural Series deal with the head and neck, shoulders and middle back, hip flexors and gluteals, and lower back and pelvis in that specific order. So, after you have corrected any muscle tightness and postural deviations in your hips and glutes with the help of the Correcting Tight Hips and Inactive Glutes program, you will be able to advance to the next program in the series, which is Correcting Low Back and Pelvic Pain.
