Complete Postural Program
Regaining Upper and Middle Body Posture

Complete Postural Program is now open for registration purposes. If you are currently suffering from a downward neck tilt, rounded shoulders, curved middle back, tight hip flexors, inactive glute muscles, lower back pain, and/or an anterior pelvic tilt due to long periods of sitting throughout the day, you may want to consider signing up for this program, sooner than later.

Program Description

The complete postural program consists of the following five appointments:

  1. Appt 1: The Perils of Poor Posture: The Six Postural Deviations
  2. Appt 2: Neck & Shoulders: Upper Body Postural Deviations | Corrections
  3. Appt 3: Shoulders, Mid Back, Chest: Upper Body Deviations| Corrections
  4. Appt 4: Hips & Glutes: Middle Body Postural Deviations and Corrections
  5. Appt 5: Low Back & Pelvis: Middle Body Postural Deviations & Corrections

Program Benefits

Here are some of the benefits of the program:

  • At the start, postural deviations in the head and neck are discussed
  • A postural assessment is completed to detect any such deviations
  • Postural corrections are introduced to fix a forward head position
  • Postural corrections are added to fix a downward neck tilt
  • Next, postural deviations in the shoulders and mid back are discussed
  • A postural assessment is completed to detect any such deviations
  • Postural corrections are introduced to fix rounded shoulders
  • Postural corrections are added to fix a curved middle back
  • Then, postural deviations in the hips and glute areas are discussed
  • A postural assessment is completed to detect any such deviations
  • Postural corrections are introduced to fix tight hip flexors
  • Postural corrections are added to fix inactive glutes
  • Finally, postural deviations in the low back and pelvis are discussed
  • A postural assessment is completed to detect any such deviations
  • Postural corrections are introduced to alleviate low back pain
  • Postural corrections are added to fix an anterior pelvic tilt
  • Self-myofascial release techniques are used for blocks, knots, and tension
  • Various stretches, Yoga poses, and strengthening exercises are then added
  • A binder with deviations, assessments, and corrections is included

Is the complete postural program right for me?

If you spend a lot of time hunched over a computer keyboard at home or at the office, reading information on a tablet, and/or texting on a smartphone, you may be suffering from postural deviations in the upper body including the:

  1. head and neck, as well as the
  2. shoulders and mid back.

And, if you are currently in pain in one or more of these areas, then the complete postural program may be right for you!

In addition, if you spend a lot of time sitting at home or at the office, sitting while commuting to and from work, and sitting in front of a TV set during the evening, you may be suffering from one or more postural deviations in the middle body due to:

  1. tight hip flexor muscles,
  2. inactive glute muscles,
  3. low back pain, and/or an
  4. anterior pelvic tilt.

And, if you are currently in pain in one or more of the above areas, then the complete postural program is definitely right for you!

How do I get started?

To regain your posture and free yourself from pain, call 705-971-7429 now to set up an appointment with Jim Safianuk. Jim is a health scientist, an ACE-certified personal trainer (ACE-CPT), and an IONC-registered holistic nutritionist (ROHP) who specializes in the design and development of weight loss, disease prevention, and longevity programs for those between the ages of 25 and 65. In addition, Jim also completed a Specialty Certification with ACE in Orthopedic Exercise in June of 2015.

Program Cost

The cost of the Complete Postural Program is currently set at *$720 plus 13% HST = $813.60. You can pay at the beginning of Appointment 1 in one of two ways, either by cheque or by electronic funds transfer with Interac e-Transfer. 

  1. If paying by cheque, make your cheque payable to Orthocellular Nutrition and Exercise Inc.
  2. If paying by Interac e-Transfer, please ensure you have an account with TD Canada Trust and are familiar with online banking using EasyWeb.  

*This price is in effect as of January 1st, 2024 and is subject to change without prior notification. Equipment and props, if needed, are not included.
