The Sleep Restoration Program is designed to help you restore your sleep so you can start feeling wide awake during the day, just like in the past. You will begin to look healthier, perform at an optimum level, and feel the energy in your steps again!
Because we live in a twenty-four hour society most of us are chronically sleep-deprived, chronically in a sleep debt. Work pressures and family and social obligations often lead to long hours of wakefulness and irregular sleep-wake schedules. There are simply not enough hours in the day. So where do we cheat?
We cheat on our sleep. North America is becoming a nation of walking zombies. Because sleep is cumulative, it is akin to depriving yourself of food. People who go several days without sleep often experience such detrimental symptoms as:
In addition to the hurried and harried who are not obtaining adequate sleep, approximately 40 million North Americans suffer from chronic sleep disorders, while an additional 20 to 30 million have intermittent sleep-related problems. If you fall into any of these sleep-deprivation categories, your chances of being productive, in a good mood, and healthy are severely reduced.
The national sleep debt is larger and more important than the national financial debt. Are you a contributor to this deficit? If so, you are far from being the person you can be. In fact, you are hurting yourself and perhaps innocent others as well.
Getting a good night's sleep on a regular basis will determine how close you can come to optimal living during your waking hours. If your journey through the night is too short, fragmented, or disrupted and you are not getting enough sleep, you need to take action and change your practices.
The Sleep Restoration Program consists of six appointments, which are arranged in the following logical order:
1. Administering Forms and Discussing Handouts including:
2. Checking the Nervous System and Mental-Emotional Sphere
3. You Are How You Sleep!
A. The Answer for Insomnia: Switch off the Stress Factor
B. Recommending Natural Sleep Aids to Ease Sleep Disturbances
C. Checking and Adjusting for imbalances including:
"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." … by Benjamin Franklin

In addition, some of the best benefits are actually on the inside in terms of:
During deep, continuous, solid sleep you are giving your body the chance it needs to rebuild your body deep down at the cellular level.
And, during the program, you will begin to feel the energy in your steps!

You can pay for your program in 1 of 2 ways...
Either, in one lump sum payment of $400.00 by electronic funds transfer for the total cost of the program, which includes the HST. This amount needs to be received one week prior to the start of the program.
Or, if you prefer, you can pay in four equal installments of $100.00 via electronic funds transfer. In this case, you will be sent a payment schedule in advance so you know when each installment is due.
After Jim contacts you by phone or e-mail and you have agreed on a start date and time, then you need to pay for your first installment. The first installment is due one week prior to the start of the program. For instance, let's say your communication with Jim was on January 1st, 2024 and you agreed to go ahead with the program. The start date was set for January 15th, 2024. You would need to pay for the first installment by January 8th. In this way, we can be sure that you are fully committed to the program before we get started
Following along with the above example, the second, third, and fourth installments would then be due on February 8th, March 8th, and April 8th, respectively, or one month apart.
You send the money with Interac e-Transfer in EasyWeb if you are a TD Canada Trust account holder, or by using an equivalent electronic funds transfer system with another participating financial institution in Canada. All you need to do at your end is follow these three steps.
