Matching your Actual Health Status with Your Program Path

Here, on the disease symptoms page you get to match your actual health status with your program path. You can now determine your program path, as well as your first program by following the four steps below.

  1. Determine your current Health Conditions in the left-hand column.
  2. Look directly opposite to the right to find Your Program Path.
  3. Locate your first program, which is at the top of the list. 
  4. Click on the name of the program to go directly to the program page.

Health Conditions

  1. Weight is normal    
  2. Or, somewhat overweight    
  3. Score: 10 to 14  
  4. Age: 30-59, M or F   
  5. Non-foundational 
  6. Little or no sports and recreation in past life 
  7. Now sedentary 
  8. No joint problems  
  9. Healthy gut function
  10. No immune system issues 
  1. Weight is normal
  2. Or, a bit overweight 
  3. Score: 10 to 14   
  4. Age: 60 - 80+, M or F
  5. De-conditioned 
  6. Sports and recreation in the past 
  7. Long layoff 
  8. No joint problems 
  9. Healthy gut function
  10. No immune system issues
  1. Weight is normal 
  2. Or, somewhat overweight
  3. Score: 10 to 14  
  4. Somewhat active
  5. Age: 45+, M or F  
  6. Gut issues and/or dysbiosis 
  7. Poor absorption
  8. Nutritional deficiencies 
  9. Joint problems, one or more
  1. Weight is normal
  2. Or, somewhat overweight
  3. Score: 10 to 14
  4. Age: 30 to 44, M or F
  5. De-conditioned, or
  6. Currently active
  7. Gut problems, maybe leaking
  8. Gut microbiome imbalanced
  9. Poor absorption
  10. Nutritional deficiencies
  11. No joint issues 
  1. Weight is normal
  2. Or, a bit overweight  
  3. Score: 10 to 14   
  4. Age: 45 to 59, M or F  
  5. No joint issues
  6. De-conditioned, or
  7. Currently active
  8. GI tract issues
  9. Possible leaky gut
  10. Gut microbiome imbalanced
  11. Poor absorption

  14. Inflammation has become chronic
