A. Answering the Question

If you are currently experiencing health issues, especially in terms of digestion and elimination in your gastrointestinal tract, it may very well be related to what you are eating, as well as what you are not ingesting on a daily basis. If you have been eating the SAD way for a long time, it is best to switch to the Natural Whole Foods Way. Natural, whole foods are by themselves inherently detoxifying and anti-inflammatory, as well as loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and fibre.

So, the first step is to switch to a cleaner way of eating to keep further water-soluble toxins from entering your body by changing the foods and fluids, you eat and drink, respectively.

This full-body detox is recommended the first time and can be followed with seasonal cleanses thereafter, depending on whether or not the SAD way is reduced or completely eliminated, or not.
